Kyle and Mackenzie had a picture perfect wedding day from beginning to end. They had a beautiful celebration of their love and commitment to each other at their wedding ceremony at the Saint Louis Church of Christ. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed refreshments and a popcorn bar back at the farm while waiting for the guests of honor to arrive. Completing the country theme for the day was a smokehouse BBQ dinner catered by Saddleback BBQ, out of Lansing. The guests enjoyed music and dancing well into the wee hours of the morning. Ipod Rod sure knows how to keep a party going. Kyle and Mackenzie were surrounded by people who love and care about them on their special day and my wish for them is that this never changes. Life is certain to have its challenges, but with their commitment to each other and a mirage of other people to support them along the way, they will find it's full of countless blessings as well.
I couldn't be more proud to share this blog post of my son and daughter-in-law's wedding, so small disclaimer, it's a little on the long side. The one thing I want you notice throughout is the consistency with which Kyle & Mackenzie gaze at each other. I love how they make each other smile and I hope it makes you smile as well as you take a little stroll through their wedding day memories.
